This policy explains how Therr, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on www.therr.app and www.therr.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

The short version

• We use a small number of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites through our site.
• Analytics cookies load only after you agree. Until you choose, they are blocked.
• We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends it, we treat that as a refusal of non-essential cookies and do not show you the banner.
• You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, and pixels — do comparable things. We use the word "cookies" in this policy to cover all of them.

Strictly necessary — always on

These make the site work. They do not track you, and they cannot be switched off through our banner because the site would not function without them. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and equivalent laws, they do not require consent.

Analytics — only with your consent

These help us understand which pages are useful and where the site is broken. The data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.

We run Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled, with Google Signals and advertising features disabled, and with Google Consent Mode configured so that no analytics cookie is written and no measurement data is sent until you consent. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising cookies — none

We do not set advertising or retargeting cookies, we do not run third-party ad networks on our websites, and we do not sell or share information collected through cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any such cookie.

Cookies in the mobile app

The Therr mobile app does not use browser cookies. It uses local device storage for your session and preferences, and mobile analytics and crash reporting through Google Firebase. See the Privacy Policy for what that collects, and your device settings to limit ad tracking at the operating-system level.

Your choices

• Our banner. The first time you visit, you can accept or reject analytics cookies. Rejecting has no effect on how the site works.
• Change your mind. Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends the GPC signal, we automatically treat non-essential cookies as rejected.
• Your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.

Your choice is stored per browser and per device, so you will need to set it again on a different browser, on a different device, or after clearing your browser storage.

Changes

If we add or change a cookie, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date, and — for any new non-essential cookie — ask for your consent again.
